Ingredients

  1. 6 eggs
  2. 1 cup of sugar
  3. 1/2 cup olive oil
  4. 1 teaspoon yeast
  5. 1 orange zest
  6. 200gr of spinach
  7. 3 cups flour

Method

  1. Cook the spinach in water with salt for 10 minutes. Drain the spinach.
  2. Put the spinach into the blender and add the olive oil. Grind.
  3. Separately, in a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar. Add the flour, the baking powder and the orange zest. Mix again for a little while.
  4. Add the spinach from the blender to the mixture.
  5. Bake in a buttered and floured cake pan, in preheated oven, at 180 ° C for 30 to 40 minutes.
