Meat quiche recipe

A simple recipe to do when you have little time to cook. This meat quiche is economic! It is tasty and it is fast to do. Ideal for when you have meat leftovers from another meal.


  1. 1 carrot
  2. 1 onion
  3. 1/2 courgette
  4. 1/2 green pepper
  5. 200g of cooked meat (or smoked: ham, chorizo, etc)
  6. 1 packet of shortcrust pastry
  7. 7 eggs
  8. q.s. salt
  9. q.s. pepper
  10. q.s. parsley


  1. Distribute the shortcrust pastry on a pie pan
  2. Scrape the carrot and courgette into a bowl
  3. Add chopped onion and parsley to the bowl
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Put everything into the pie pan on top of the shortcrust pastry
  6. Spread the meat evenly on top of the previous vegetables mixture
  7. Beat eggs, well beaten, and add on top of the meat and vegetables
  8. Put strips of pepper on top of the almost ready quiche
  9. Bake in preheated oven at about 180 degrees for 20 minutes
